Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Your order will be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post, which includes tracking. All orders will be processed as soon as possible, but during busy periods (like Christmas) allow at least 2 working days for orders to be processed. If you wish to query a delivery please email us.

International Deliveries
All international orders will be sent by Air Mail. - please email us for a quote.

Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 7 days to resolve any issues. Melody Nelson will accept items for exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Exchanged items must be of the same or greater value. Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition that they were sold. Melody Nelson will not refund or issue a credit note unless the item has a manufacturing fault. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you take out postage insurance. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Melody Nelson will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Note: Not all of our stock is available for sale online. If there is something that you are interested in, such as L'erbolario,  please don’t hesitate to call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
